DISASTER RESPONSE

FEMA Public Assistance Technical Assistance Contract (PA TAC IV)

Honored to provide disaster recovery and technical support services for the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program.

Since 2005, PT&C has partnered with Fluor Corporation on a Technical Assistance Contract with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide disaster recovery and technical support services for the FEMA Public Assistance (PA) Program, which provides direct assistance and grants to state, tribal, and local governments, as well as certain private non-profit organizations, in the wake of major emergencies and natural disasters.

PT&C cost engineers assess and estimate damage so that FEMA can award grants to provide PA funding for debris removal; emergency protective measures; and the repair, replacement, or restoration of eligible disaster-damaged facilities, such as medical facilities, schools, roads, bridges, and utilities.

PT&C participates on Fluor's Technical Assistance Contract (TAC-IV) for Zone 1, which encompasses FEMA Regions 1, 3, and 4, as shown below.
